Advance College is looking for a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) for its Tasmania branch. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hobart, TAS, for a Trainer and Assessor. The role involves delivering engaging and effective training sessions, assessing students’ competencies, developing learning materials, and providing feedback to assist students in their learning journey. The Trainer and Assessor will liaise with team members to ensure training aligns with industry standards and is consistent with current educational frameworks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of student progress and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Qualifications Competence in designing and delivering training programs, and the ability to assess student skills and knowledge effectively Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Familiarity with current educational frameworks, policies, and standards Organizational and time management abilities, along with attention to detail in record‑keeping Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and technologies Relevant qualifications such as TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent Experience in the education or vocational training sector is an advantage Commitment to student success and continuous professional development Location: Hobart, Tasmania Salary: A$18,124.00‑A$25,078.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
