Rainforestation Nature Park in Kuranda is seeking a Pamagirri Manager to lead our Pamagirri Dance Troupe – a team of talented performers who share the richness of Indigenous culture with visitors from around the world. Rainforestation Nature Park in Kuranda is looking for a dedicated Pamagirri Manager to oversee our Pamagirri cultural experience team and ensure the highest standards of performance and guest satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and managing the Pamagirri team to ensure all employees meet company standards. Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and team coordination. Implementing workplace policies in line with Fair Work requirements. Driving an Indigenous traineeship and employment program, providing mentoring and support for Indigenous youth. Fostering a positive, respectful, and culturally safe work environment. Proven experience managing teams in tourism, hospitality, or cultural programs. Strong understanding of workplace expectations and Fair Work legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine commitment to Indigenous culture and community development. Ability to mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential. Rainforestation and the CaPTA Group prioritise safety and responsibility.
