The Opportunity This win, alongside other water projects in NSW and across Australia, marks a transformative step in our ability to support clients in tackling their most complex infrastructure challenges. We are seeking Electrical Design Managers to join us in Sydney. You will build on your experience in industrial or water / wastewater electrical and automation design. Responsibilities Lead multi‑discipline design teams and be accountable for the delivery of high‑quality design outputs. Work collaboratively with the teams to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality, guiding project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. Manage Engineering governance processes (design reviews, change management, request for information, validation and verification, and related processes). About You You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor’s engineering degree in electrical engineering. You have a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, including water utilities / water treatment, industry standards and best practices in a professional services environment. You have relevant experience and a good understanding of Australian and international standards including AS / NZS 3000, AS / NZS 3010, electrical, automation and instrumentation systems, and preferably Medium and High Voltage systems applicable to water, wastewater, and industrial utilities. Strong technical writing skills are imperative, as is the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of stakeholders. You are highly organised with outstanding technical and communication skills, and you have the desire and ability to lead and mentor a team to drive successful project outcomes for our clients.
