Ideal candidates will bring a combination of the following qualifications, skills and attributes: Relevant tertiary qualifications appropriate to the position. Demonstrated experience working on transportation or civil infrastructure projects, with capability across intermediate, senior or principal levels. Technical proficiency in discipline-specific tools and industry standards. Effective communication skills and ability to work productively within a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team. Commitment to quality, safety and sustainability. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset. Additional certifications, professional memberships or chartered status are highly regarded.
