Lead Quality Test Engineer

As a Senior Quality Test Engineer within our testing team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. Responsibilities Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and functionality. Develop and document detailed test plans and BDD test cases based on functional specifications / business requirements/ user stories. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; execute exploratory functional and automated regression tests to identify defects and ensure software quality. Report and track defects using defect management tools and ensure proper resolution; participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential improvements. Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure compliance with testing standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications At least 5+ years of experience in software testing & automation. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Strong communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge/ working experience in insurance/ finance domains. #J-18808-Ljbffr
