Our client is seeking an administration all-rounders to join their team. About the Job Our valued client has several administration positions available. All positions commence as casual with the opportunity to move into full time/permanent part time after a 6-month probationary period. Some roles will have varied hours depending on organisational needs and may include on-call or short notice shifts. We are looking for candidates who are experienced administrators who enjoy a challenge and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. If you are compassionate, reliable, hardworking, motivated, and proactive, we want to hear from you The roles will include: Administration / Reception Care Co-Ordinator Case Management Your responsibilities can include: Reception duties Answering phones Data entry General administration duties Liaising with clients and contractors, fellow colleagues, management, and external stakeholders Administrators with an aged care background are encouraged to apply Proficient in Microsoft Suite Proficient in MS Outlook Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following attributes: Basic through to advanced administration knowledge Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office packages Friendly phone manner Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time management skills Be punctual and well presented Confident, compassionate, friendly and a positive attitude towards work Ability to prioritise work tasks according to deadlines Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work conditions & able to work autonomously Flexibility and willingness to undertake varied office duties Must Have: Current Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (Employee) Current National Police Check Current Drivers Licence Current First Aid & CPR desirable Only successful applicants will be contacted.
