Change Lead - Manufacturing Join to apply for the Change Lead - Manufacturing role at Cochlear 12 month fixed term contract + Immediate interview and start Onsite free carpark / close to public transport About the role The Manufacturing Execution Project is delivering a step‑change in how we manage manufacturing operations by transforming technology, processes, and people. This includes the deployment of the Critical Manufacturing MES across global sites, eliminating the need for ERP access for direct manufacturing teams, and the implementation of Ignition to capture real‑time process data from the shop floor. From a people perspective, the project aims to reduce reliance on off‑system and Excel‑based processes, eliminate paper‑based workflows, and automate data collection. On the process front, it will enhance the user experience for approximately 1,200 direct and indirect team members through simplified workflows, contextualised data, and rich visualisations. As Change Lead , you will: Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful adoption of CM MES and Ignition. Engage with stakeholders across manufacturing, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and readiness. Drive communication, training, and support initiatives to enable a smooth transition. Monitor change impact and adoption metrics, adjusting plans as needed. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement. What You'll Bring Proven experience in leading change initiatives within large‑scale technology or manufacturing transformation projects. Understanding of Prosci Methodology Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Familiarity with MES platforms and manufacturing environments is a plus. Ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes in a global, cross‑functional setting.
