The Opportunity: We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to guide our Children’s Therapeutic Services team. This role blends leadership with hands‑on practice, supporting counsellors and directly engaging with children and families. You’ll help shape a culture of safety, growth, and healing—grounded in evidence‑based and trauma‑informed approaches. Key Responsibilities: Lead and nurture a collaborative, high‑performing team Provide supervision, mentoring, and professional development Maintain a small caseload and support complex cases Drive continuous improvement and program evaluation Uphold safeguarding and safety policies What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or similar 3+ years’ experience in children’s therapeutic services Strong leadership and team‑building skills Expertise in trauma‑informed and attachment‑based counselling Risk management and stakeholder engagement experience Leadership experience & Exposure to the not‑for‑profit sector Familiarity with Commonwealth or Territory‑funded programs Requirements: NT Working with Children Check & National Criminal History Check NT Driver’s License Willingness to travel remotely Commitment to Safeguarding Children policies If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell a call on *** to find out more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
