Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Trainer Locations: Bankstown & Fairfield, NSW Employer: Jobs Statewide Are you passionate about helping others succeed in their careers? Jobs Statewide, a leading Employment Services Provider, is seeking a Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Trainer to join our dedicated team, working across our Bankstown and Fairfield sites. We’re looking for a tech-savvy and dynamic individual with a strong background in Training & Career development —someone who thrives on mentoring and developing others. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training sessions to job seekers focusing on job‑readiness, digital literacy and interview preparation. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive placement outcomes. Build and maintain strong networks with local employers. Mentor and coach participants—especially mature‑aged job seekers, long‑term unemployed, and CALD participants—providing them with pre‑employment and soft skills. Maintain accurate training records, attendance reporting, and compliance documentation under Workforce Australia guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, can‑do attitude with a passion for training and development. Ability to engage effectively with employers and stakeholders.
