We currently have an opening to join our afternoon shift team in Melton, Pakenham & Sunbury (1:00 pm‑9:30 pm). Prior experience will be advantageous; however, full training will be provided. About us Metfold Sheetmetal is a rapidly growing sheet metal roofing supplier. We specialise in Colobond® Roofing products and rainwater goods, providing long‑length custom colourbond roof flashings, rainheads and sums. We also offer custom and heavy‑gauge fabrication of sheet metal, including galvanised and aluminium, making us a one‑stop shop. Responsibilities Operate sheet metal fabrication machinery Operate SWI & Variobend folding/slitting machine (any experience short‑lists the candidates) Operate power tools, break press and guillotine Perform custom sheet metal fabrication Maintain housekeeping around the machinery Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills Team player Reliable, hard‑working and punctual Ability to lift weights up to 20 kg Good computer skills and basic math skills What’s in it for you?
