We are a smallmanufacturer of rainwater goods and roof safety rail located Cranbourne West. We fabricateflashings, sumps, penetrations, rain heads, aircon transitions, roof safety rail and more. We are a seeking a highly motivated and experienced delivery driver for a contract term of 6 months with the possibility to go Fulltime upon successful probation period. (6 Months) The Role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this is a Full Time Position for a contract period of 6 months and the delivery drivers primary focus is to: Delivery of materials to and from sites across Metro Melbourne Help load and secure materials onto truck and deliver as per delivery schedule Be responsible for driving an (MR) 8m tray Truck (Automatic) and (LR) 6m tray truck (Manual) Communicate clearly to management, onsite staff and customers on a daily basis in a friendly and professional manner Ensure on-time delivery of materials to customers while adhering to road rules Review and check all orders prior to unloading Adhere to all OHS requirements in factory and onsite Provide exceptional customer service Assist in other day to day duties in the warehouse when required Speak very good English Available to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am and 2:30pm + making yourself available for overtime if necessary. This may include Saturdays from time to time. In summary, the Delivery Driver is a key front-line person in the organisation, providing the link between the business and the customer. Having excellent communication skills, a willingness to work in a team, great work ethic and being punctual and reliable is encompassing of the role. Skills And Experience Must have at valid MR licence (Australian licence) Demonstrated driver experience with good driving history Be physically able to perform repetitive lifting tasks involved in loading and unloading Current Forklift licence is preferred but not essential Excellent time management skills, people and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member Be 25+ years of age for motor vehicle insurance purposes Job Benefits and Perks Friendly team environment Start and Finish in Cranbourne West everyday Above award wages Extensive Training RDO once a month Please email your resume and cover letter to*******@ktbroofing.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
