Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide. THE ROLE Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Depot Coordinator to join our Karratha team. Reporting to the Regional Manager – Depots, you will be working in a fast‑paced environment and responsible for coordinating safe, smooth and efficient depot operations. As a Depot Coordinator you will be responsible for: Ensuring safety and compliance throughout all depot activities whilst following our policies and procedures Collaborating with our Perth based team to maintain our fleet of assets and maximise their availability for site works Overseeing depot logistics, including freight coordination and alignment with our transport division Managing work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records Handling communications across internal and external stakeholders Conducting stocktakes, maintaining accurate logs, and managing consumables Leading the quarterly Test & Tag program to ensure ongoing compliance ABOUT YOU To be considered you will be a Karratha resident and hold the following: A current Australian Drivers Licence Forklift ticket - desirable Solid understanding of workshop depot operations The ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and MS Office skills Australian work rights Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens IN RETURN Competitive remuneration with a fortnightly pay cycle Career development.
