Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to lead and inspire clinical learning and professional growth across our nursing and midwifery teams at Temora Health Service. In this pivotal role, you’ll assess, plan, deliver and evaluate education programs at the ward and unit level, ensuring our nursing and midwifery workforce delivers best practice, evidence-based, person‑centred care. Working in alignment with the MLHD CNE/CME Framework, you’ll foster a culture of lifelong learning, quality care outcomes, and professional excellence. As The CNE, You Will Be an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse who thrives on helping others learn, grow, and achieve excellence in clinical care. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can combine your clinical expertise with your passion for education. You bring strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills — and a genuine commitment to building clinical capability across the MLHD network. Identify, plan and facilitate clinical and professional education and development activities for nurses and midwives. Support orientation, transition and supervision of new and existing staff. Mentor and model best practice in clinical care, safety, and patient outcomes. Collaborate with education and leadership teams to deliver training programs and develop policy and practice resources.
