Where you’ll be working Menopause Hub, Royal North Shore Hospital. What you’ll be doing Provide a Social Work Senior Clinician service to areas providing Women’s Health clinical care including input into the establishment of specific model of care, processes, and workflows for the Menopause Hub at Royal North Shore Hospital. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidate Criteria Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them. Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), Recent post graduate clinical experience as a level 2 Social Worker or above. Demonstrated advanced skills and knowledge in assessment, counselling and therapy interventions, case management, advocacy and discharge planning. Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated social work experience in the psychosocial experiences of women across the lifespan. Demonstrated experience in conducting service development, quality improvement activities and professional education. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required) and demonstrated computer literacy skills. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders including high level committees, written reports and submissions, and conference and seminar presentations.
