INSKIN COSMEDICS is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, thoughtful and highly motivated problem solver who is passionate about delivering an innovative and efficient customer experience that both upholds INSKIN's benchmark customer care standard and ensures long‑term partner relationships. As a Customer Experience Specialist at INSKIN COSMEDICS you will be the first point of contact for Partners (Customers) and Prospects and, as such, expected to help extend INSKIN's trademark transparency, integrity and premier customer service experience. Roles and Responsibilities Invoicing – Processing orders and payments Enquiry & Lead Management – Dealing with all incoming partner enquiries via email, telephone or through our website and allocating to appropriate next contact where necessary Freight and order delivery support Problem solving and partner management Support of national business development and sales team Office support and general administrative work Meeting and greeting visitors to Head Office Who we're looking for Beauty Therapist / Industry accreditation and/or experience is essential Proficient with computers having had some experience with CRM / Account Systems such as Netsuite, MYOB or similar Energetic, positive and willing to get your hands dirty A team player with an open mind, attention to detail and a can‑do attitude An excellent communicator particularly proficient on the phone and by email A bubbly personality that understands the importance of professionalism, a willingness to learn and a win‑win partnership If you see yourself excelling in this role or if INSKIN COSMEDICS sounds like what you're looking for (and you're not a recruiter) please apply now with your CV and covering letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
