About the role As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you'll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You'll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary commencing from $76,550 + superannuation – negotiable depending on experience. Current Vacancies North Brisbane South Brisbane Toowoomba Sunshine Coast Bundamba Gold Coast About you Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills Hold current C Class Drivers Licence Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
