About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee project delivery, site operations, and workforce coordination across Toowoomba and surrounding regions. This is a hands‑on, predominantly site‑based role, ideal for someone who thrives working outdoors, leading crews, and ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately, and to a high standard. You will rarely be based in the office — most days will involve travelling to sites, supervising crews, conducting site inspections, measuring, quoting, and liaising directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Daily travel to multiple sites across the region Supervise and support construction crews, subcontractors, and apprentices Conduct onsite measuring, inspections, and prepare accurate quotes Oversee planning, scheduling, job allocation, and day‑to‑day workflow Ensure high‑quality workmanship and adherence to safety and compliance standards Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations onsite Identify risks, delays, and variations and provide timely solutions About You You will bring strong construction leadership experience, ideally within roofing, trades, or similar fast‑paced project environments. You're confident managing people onsite, solving problems quickly, and representing the business professionally.
