Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service Pakenham Lakeside is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programmes for our primary‑age children. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity offering 31 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday‑Friday hours: 6:30 am‑9:00 am (Rise then Shine) and 2:45 pm‑6:30 pm (Stay and Play). During the school holidays we run Holiday HQ from 6:30 am – 6:30 pm. About the role With the backing of a dedicated state‑specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader.
