You will provide first-level support and be the first point of contact for our users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email. Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service remotely Remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Logging jobs and escalating to cross‑functional teams Collaborating with other vendors and service providers Publishing and reviewing knowledge‑based articles. Key Qualifications Experience in a customer‑centric role Top‑notch communication skills – both verbal and written Passion for working in a team Ability to stay cool, even when under pressure Ability to work a 24/7 roster – you will receive loading on top of your salary.
