EA / Operations Coordinator (Part Time)

The role We’re looking for an EA / Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Founder & CEO — someone who’s not just organised but commercially minded and capable of helping drive the business forward. You’ll start part‑time — a few hours each day — with flexibility around when and where you work. As the company grows, the role will naturally expand into a full‑time position with broader responsibility for business operations and process improvement. This is a hands‑on, strategic support role. You’ll manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, oversee projects across acquisitions and finance, create structure around workflows, and help turn ideas into execution. You’ll identify gaps, implement systems, and make sure priorities are followed through — essentially acting as a junior COO inside a fast‑moving investment business. Who we’re looking for Sharp, proactive and commercially aware. You enjoy working directly with a founder and can move fluidly between detail and strategy. An experienced EA or operations coordinator from a property, investment or funds management background who wants to step up into a broader, more strategic role. A project or operations professional with strong business judgement and a bias for action. Someone used to managing complex workflows, multiple stakeholders and high expectations. You take pride in accuracy, presentation and follow‑through — and you’re happiest when things are running smoothly because of you. What you’ll do Manage and triage the CEO’s inbox and calendar — ensuring priorities, actions and communication stay on track. Coordinate key projects across acquisitions, finance, and operations. Build and refine internal processes, templates and reporting systems. Track key deliverables, deadlines and commitments across the business. Prepare polished documents, presentations and investor‑facing materials. Liaise with bankers, brokers, valuers and advisors. Maintain organised systems for files, data and reporting. Support onboarding and team coordination as we scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in building operational structure as the company grows. You’ll have exposure to every part of a sophisticated investment platform — from acquisitions and capital to governance and reporting — and the freedom to shape how the business runs day‑to‑day.
