Lead workforce planning, talent and performance initiatives in a values‑led organization. Influence at executive level, balancing strategic insight with hands‑on delivery. Partner closely with senior leaders and partners to anticipate business needs and shape people priorities. Drive cyclical HR activities and strategic initiatives that support the firm’s objectives. Lead critical people initiatives including workforce planning, performance and talent management, capability development, employee engagement, organizational design, and complex change. Use data and insight to diagnose opportunities, guide decision‑making, and mitigate people‑related risk. Coach leaders to build effectiveness and confidence, and influence cultural alignment. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years in a senior HR business partnering role, ideally within a professional services or complex matrixed commercial organization. Extensive business partnering capability with exceptional relationship skills. Proven ability to navigate both strategic insight and hands‑on execution in a dynamic professional services environment.
