This role requires you to move and live on the island at Kingfisher Bay Resort.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent higher education (a must - have)
Food Safety Course (essential - because "safety first" is part of our culture)
Flexibility to work across various shifts - because island life is full of surprises
Advanced communication and organizational skills.
Time management skills that would impress even the busiest bees.
Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment - you know how to handle the heat
