Role Overview We’re looking for a junior Video Editor who is passionate about the craft of post‑production and AI— a creative thinker who is enthusiastic, can work fast, contribute ideas and wants to learn and grow their career in post‑production and advertising and has a curiosity for AI‑driven creative tools that help push boundaries and streamline delivery. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, excited about storytelling, and keen to grow their skills across a wide range of projects. You’ll support the team on everything from fast‑turnaround social content to polished branded pieces, working closely with senior editors, directors, producers, and creatives. Roles & Responsibilities Editing short‑form and long‑form content in Adobe Premiere Pro , with guidance and support from senior editors, while developing your understanding of narrative, pacing, and visual rhythm. Assisting with the post‑production process — including music sourcing, implementing feedback, light colour adjustments, and basic sound cleanup. Creating simple motion graphics in After Effects , such as titles, transitions, and basic graphics, with opportunities to build your skills in animation. Supporting editors on larger projects by preparing timelines, organising assets, exporting deliverables, and ensuring smooth handovers. Learning and experimenting with new tools and AI workflows to streamline processes and expand your creative toolkit. Helping manage file organisation, backups, and delivery formats to keep projects running smoothly. Collaborating with directors, producers and creatives in both pre‑production and post, bringing ideas to the table and contributing to problem‑solving. Assisting with our social content plan — contributing ideas, supporting edits, and bringing your creativity (and basic Photoshop skills) to the team. What You Bring 2+ years of proven experience as an editor in commercial, branded content, documentary, or agency environments. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, plus working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator . A collaborative, positive approach — someone who can take direction but is equally comfortable working independently. Familiarity or curiosity with AI tools for design and production. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines. Passion for post‑production, advertising, and exploring new creative approaches.
