Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trading Business in Utilities Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications. Work as part of an Agile delivery squad—collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and SMEs. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story prioritization. Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory, operational, and business requirements. Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, system/data validation, and process improvements. Coordinate UAT execution, test case validation, and signoffs with business users. Assist with process automation, risk reduction, workflow standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user manuals, SOPs, training materials, business reports, etc. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Trading area or Utilities business or Financial Markets. Strong understanding of trading lifecycle: order management, execution, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, controls. Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams. Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows (UML). A strong data mindset—comfortable with SQL, data validation, reconciliation logic, or workflow tools. Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
