About The Role Provide hands on support with decluttering and cleaning tasks. Create safe, comfortable, and functional living spaces. Encourage participants with empathy and patience, respecting their pace and choices. Collaborate with our team to ensure participant wellbeing and dignity remain at the centre of all support. What We’re Looking For Experience supporting people with hoarding behaviours. Strong communication skills and a non-judgmental approach. Reliability and accountability. Showing up matters to our participants. Ability to work independently while following clear processes. A values-driven mindset: respect, empowerment, and care. Requirements Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Flexibility to work across Newcastle, Lake Mac and Lower Hunter.
