Vitalis Health is expanding and we’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced Carers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses to join our growing team delivering compassionate, one-on-one care in the homes of our clients across Sydney. Why Vitalis? At Vitalis Health, we do things differently. Our industry‑leading Complex Care in the Home service brings hospital‑level care into the comfort of our clients’ homes. Our clients range from adults to paediatric clients, with care needs ranging from low‑acuity support to high‑complexity level care. We work in partnership with their specialists to deliver expert, hospital‑grade care with a personal touch. You’ll be backed by a dedicated team, including Clinical Nurse Educators, specialist paediatric and complex care support, and 24/7 on‑call clinical assistance because at Vitalis, we take care of our team as much as we take care of our clients. About the Role As part of our close‑knit full‑time and casual pool, your days will be varied and rewarding as you: Deliver high‑quality clinical care in a one‑on‑one home setting Support clients with everything from personal care to complex clinical interventions Work collaboratively with families to help clients achieve their lifestyle and health goals Enjoy the flexibility of a rotating roster with day, evening, and active overnight shifts to suit your schedule Your Care Might Include Tracheostomy management PEG/Enteral feeding Central line care & TPN management Complex medication administration O₂ therapy and suctioning Bowel care and manual handling Daily living support like hygiene, mobility, and feeding What’s in It for You Comprehensive hands‑on, paid induction and buddy shifts — we’ll set you up for success Opportunities for upskilling and clinical development in areas like tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG management, and paediatric nursing True 1:1 patient care — no rushed rounds or endless call bells, just meaningful, personalised care Flexible shifts to fit around your lifestyle — 8‑12 hour shifts including active night duties 24/7 on‑call clinical support — you’re never alone on a shift A culture of respect, growth, and support led by experienced Clinical Managers and Educators What You’ll Need Current AHPRA Registration (for ENs and RNs) Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (for Carers) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Current CPR Certificate Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (travel around the Sydney metro region is part of the role) Right to work in Australia Availability for a flexible rotating roster Bonus Points If You Have Experience in paediatric or complex community care Experience working with ventilated patients Apply Now To express your interest or learn more about the role, please email and arrange a confidential discussion with our recruitment team.
