Supply Chain Manager Location: Forrestfield, Perth Full‑time, Permanent We’re hiring now, but if you’re planning ahead; we also have start dates available early in the new year At Bruce Rock Engineering (BRE), we design, build, and maintain road trains and transport equipment tough enough for the Australian outback. With four sites across Western Australia, a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art facility, and an industry‑leading reputation for quality and innovation. What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with BRE’s growth objectives. Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock availability across multiple sites. Manage logistics and distribution to guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation. Collaborate across operations, finance, sales, and production teams to align supply chain outcomes with business goals. Build and track KPIs to measure performance and deliver continuous improvement. Promote and uphold a strong safety‑first culture in all supply chain activities. What we’re looking for: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management (or related field). Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor experience highly regarded). Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the transport manufacturing or heavy industry sector. Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
