We are seeking a highly organised policy officer to provide comprehensive support in a committee secretariat role. The role involves: Coordinating the business of the Taskforce including agendas, minutes, meeting papers and other committee papers. Providing support to members and assisting with finances and projects related to Taskforce business. Working in a supportive workforce policy team located in the NSW Ministry of Health which manages the secretariat on behalf of all health jurisdictions. Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $113,574 – $125,720 plus super and annual leave loading, with a 35‑hour work week. About You Experience in providing effective secretariat or executive support. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Microsoft Teams and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment. Understanding of government policy processes and the Australian health workforce.
