About Us Dripstone Children's Centre is a non-for-profit community-run exceeding service, with exceptional grounds based in the Northern suburbs of Brinkin, upon Larrakia Land. With our holistic approach to the Early Childhood setting, we are leading the sector in innovation, creating an empowered community and advocating for children's childhoods. Qualifications Hold an approved Diploma in Children Services or ACECQA assessed equivalent or working towards. Work experience: Program Leader or Room Leader experience highly favorable. Have a sound understanding of the NQF including practical implementation of the NQS, EYLF and evidence based best practice. Passionate about nature-play pedagogy and committed to ongoing professional learning and development. Adept at creating strong, trusting relationships with all stakeholders. Approachable and effective in providing professional guidance to colleagues in relation to educational outcomes and pedagogy. In possession of a Northern Territory Working With Children Clearance (Ochre Card). Provide first aid in a childcare setting (HLTAID012) or willing to obtain. Availability to work between 6:45am and 5:45pm.
