The role of Credit Control Supervisor will see you assisting with the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of accounts receivables and month-end processes.In return you’ll get to work with a growing business and have a real opportunity to progress your career.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Ensure invoices are paid in an accurate and timely manner; to include management of debtors, queries and credit notes.Collection of overdue accountsLiaising with internal sales teams, and customers (agency or direct) to manage disputed charges or short paymentsCash Receipting & allocation for Australia and New Zealand group of companiesLiaise with clients to reconcile Agency payments to the correct client accountsProcessing credit card paymentProcessing credit applicationsEnsure timely and accurate billing of sales and manual invoicing.Preparation of the Monthly Credit Note (Australia and New Zealand) reporting and analysisDaily management and mentoring of direct reports in the Accounts Receivable team. This will include backfill roles as requiredMonthly management reporting, including; aged debtors, DSO days, overdue debts and risk forecasts.TO BE SUCCESSFUL:You’ll have demonstrated experience within an Accounts Receivable function, be able to prioritise effectively and be a strong communicator. As well as:Experience of ERP systems (Oracle desired but not essential)Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamPrevious experience in a supervisor roleJCDecaux requires employees in Australia to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to ensure we meet our obligations under occupational health and
