We are a growing, multi-entity business group with interests in accounting, business coaching, events, online education, and property development . We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence across multiple industries. We’re now looking for a creative and organised Graphic Designer to join our team and help us build engaging campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and connect meaningfully with our business community. About the Role We’re not looking for someone who just “makes things look good.” We’re looking for a design leader who can take brands from spark to impact. A Graphic Designer who brings craft, curiosity, and heart to their work—someone who cares about the message behind the design and wants to shape something meaningful. At ODIS Group , you’ll work across multiple companies building a cohesive visual universe across everything we do. If you’re a designer who loves ownership, thrives in variety, and thinks strategically about brand, this role is your next step. Part time hours are negotiable. Key Responsibilities Design Creation & Management What this role looks like Create and evolve brand identities from concept to execution Generate creative concepts for marketing campaigns, launches, and events. Develop design direction across digital, social, web, video, and traditional print Turn business ideas into bold, clear, compelling visual narratives Ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to bring campaigns and content to life What you’ll bring 4+ years of design experience A strong portfolio showing brand identity, digital design, and conceptual work Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; motion, video and photography skills welcomed A refined eye for detail, layout, and storytelling What we offer A culture that values creativity and initiative Diverse, interesting projects across multiple industries Space to grow your skills across multiple brands and lead creatively Hybrid work options for better work-life balance.
