Our core client services cover Wills and Estate Planning, Business and Commercial Law, Family Law and Conveyancing and Property Law provided to a broad range of clients based in the greater Penrith region, in other areas of Sydney and throughout New South Wales.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 3-4 years post admission experience to join our Wills and Estates team and assist us in providing pragmatic advice and solutions to our clients. The role will involve all aspects of Wills and Estates Law and you will have exposure to a wide range of tasks including:Estate planning - Wills, Powers of Attorney & Enduring Guardians;Probate applications;Estate administration; andAdvising on Family Provisions and Contested Estate claimsAbout youThe ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:Current practicing certificate;3+ years post-admission experience;Knowledge and experience in Wills and Estate Law;Be organised with strong file management skills;Have a high attention to detail;Superior written and verbal communication skills;An empathetic approach to clients; andAbility to work independently, but within a team-focused environmentWhat's on offerSecure car parking;Paid MCLE and Practising Certificate;A friendly, collegiate and supportive environment;Career development and mentoring;The role is available for an immediate start.
