Full‑time permanent position. What you’ll be doing: Walk into the centre, smile as the early morning sun shines over our award‑winning nature escape. Work with a close‑knit team of educators to ensure children enjoy a safe, hygienic and inspiring environment. Maintain high‑quality programmes, manage compliance and truly engage with children and families. You’ll be great in this role if you… Have infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care. Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or an equivalent qualification. Can obtain an HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent. Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012. Have previous experience in child services, developing and implementing programmes for 0‑to‑5‑year‑olds. Can obtain a National Police Certificate and a Working with Children card.
