Senior Investment Analyst, Equities We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Management team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities Support senior Equities Portfolio Managers and the Head of Equities, Pacific in manager selection and portfolio construction across Mercer Pacific Equity funds. Coordinate and produce analysis and materials to support key investment decisions for stakeholders including the Pacific CIO, Pacific Investment Committee, and Mercer’s Global Equity Committee. Lead and participate in investment manager meetings as part of due diligence on existing and potential investment solutions. Manage queries and communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a transparent investment management function. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and stay current with industry developments through research and continuous learning. Qualifications Undergraduate degree required; post‑graduate qualification or professional certification preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within multi‑manager funds, superannuation, asset consulting, fund management, or research. Strong knowledge of investment markets and asset classes. Experience with Factset and BarraOne preferred. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills. Well‑developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
