We are currently looking for a full-time Motor Mechanic to join our team. The applicant must have minimum 2-3 years of experience and the annual salary is between $75,000 to $85,000. Our business is located in Welshpool, Western Australia. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose and fault find mechanical and electrical issues in engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking and related systems. Perform service, mechanical repairs and component replacements in line with manufacturer specifications. Dismantle and reassemble engines and assemblies for inspection and rebuild where required. Conduct road tests, adjustments and calibrations to ensure repaired vehicles are safe and performing optimally. Utilise diagnostic equipment and technical manuals safely and accurately. Maintain accurate job cards, service logs and safety checklists. Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace. Qualifications Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent). Previous minimum 3 years' experience in a workshop environment, including mechanical servicing and diagnostics. Sound understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic results. Clean Australian driver’s licence. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. What We Offer Competitive wage commensurate with skills and experience (between $75,000 to $85,000).
