Working cross functionally with teams to achieve amazing resultsLooking for new ways to improve marketing campaign performanceAnalysing DataWhat you'll be doing

Provide ongoing data extraction, validation, reporting and analysis of multiple touchpoints delivered via the marketing platformProduce comprehensive deep-dive analyses and identify actionable insights and recommendations that will improve Macquarie Telecoms communications cut-through and ROIDesign, build and deploy dashboard-type reporting to meet business needs / requirements, ensuring that business benefits are tracked and realizedProvide input into the relevant BI teams for continuous improvement, development and maintenance of the data warehouse and reporting suitesProvide ongoing reporting, detailed insights and analysis and recommendations that will improve the campaign performanceHave previous experience using Salesforce, Pardot, Google suite and Power BIPossess data driven marketing knowledge of segmentation, customer journey mapping and performanceDemonstrate experience extracting key insights from large volumes of data that inform customer acquisition and retention strategiesHave had exposure to business database and/or data warehouse environmentHave proven knowledge of Sales cycles and business development processYou’ll get to make an impact: Enjoy being part of a driven team with a collaborative culture that values decision-makers and actionWe Invest in you: Accelerate your career through our learning & development opportunities - think Gallup strengths-based training, defined career pathways & fantastic internal mobility opportunities across the groupYou do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
