Backed by permanent funding through the Queensland Health Palliative Care Reform Program it is building a stronger modern patient-centred Palliative Care service and you can be part of it. About the Role Join a revitalised service led by newly appointed Senior Consultant and play a key role in shaping a hub-and-spoke model that will support the locals. In this role you will: Deliver holistic compassionate care across inpatient community and hospice settings Provide advanced symptom management and complex decision support Work within a highly collaborative MDT including Nurse Practitioners and specialist nursing Influence service development workforce planning and clinical governance Work to the top of your scope and contribute to a growing regional model of care This is a rare chance to join during a transformational phase where your ideas experience and leadership will directly shape the future of Palliative Care.
