Key Responsibilities Provide consistent and proactive support to employed participants through regular telephone and/or face‑to‑face contact. Monitor progress, address workplace challenges and offer guidance to help maintain long‑term employment. Prepare and submit claim evidence and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with contractual requirements. Identify and recommend additional or alternative training, resources or support services based on the individual needs and circumstances of each participant. Effectively manage a PPS caseload, ensuring all activities align with contractual obligations, internal policies and quality standards. Maintain accurate records, meet performance targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What We Need From You Experience in Employment Services or demonstrable transferable skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments. Proven experience working in a high‑performance driven environment. Ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders. High degree of self‑motivation. Strong engagement and relationship‑building skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. Eligibility and Availability Eligibility to work in Australia. Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle. MyGovID (Standard level). Willingness to complete a National Police Check. Ability to pass a Working with Children Check. Availability to work full time Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
