Senior Business Analyst

to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.Experience required:You must have Lending experience.5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst across a wide range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process redesignYou have proven experience in achieving program and complex business and transformation deliverables.You can drive decision making and agreement on any trade off decisions within the agreed scope of the initiative, aligned to the agreed business solution.You have proven experience in management of key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.You can facilitate large groups of multiple cross functional business areas within a larger program of work.You can articulate complex business needs so that they can be understood by technical teams for delivery and interpret technical terminology to enable business understandingYou are an effective problem solver, driving pathways through ambiguity, and facilitating decision making to resolve contention.Understand how the system(s) are used and be able to translate that for business/users
