Job Description Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Key Responsibilities Perform ECGs Draw bloods, swabs, etc., as required in treatment room Engage in health promotion activities Administer medication and monitor and manage Doctors’ bags, supplies and same cupboard Wound management and dressings Provide assistance with minor surgical procedures Triage patients Administer immunizations as directed by GP Provide assistance with health assessments, medical health assessments and chronic disease management activities Assist reception staff in general reception duties Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards of the clinic Chaperone where required/requested Assist GPs with minor surgical procedures such as (but not limited to) fracture repair, suturing Implant on Ensure outstanding client experience and excellent customer service to all patients Complete E Health uploads for each quarter Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager Company Highlight Kripa Health Pty Ltd is a growing healthcare group focused on community-based care. The clinic values teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Experience / Qualifications Required Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration. Previous experience in General Practice nursing is preferred. Skills in wound care, immunisations, and clinical documentation are advantageous. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Core Duties Administer immunisations and assist GPs in minor surgical procedures Perform ECGs, wound care, and blood collection Maintain infection control protocols and stock/supply systems Support chronic disease management and patient health assessments Assist with clinical documentation and patient triage Schedule & Benefits 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday (some flexibility and rotating rosters). Work with the Practice Manager and principals to develop and maintain a suite of Practice policies and procedures, including infection control. Ensure consumables equipment and medications are kept stocked and maintained to the manufacturer’s standards and conditions, including a Register of Stock. Ordering and Monitoring of Medical Supplies To be signed off by Practice Manager. Managing and maintaining integrity of vaccine fridge. Managing and maintaining integrity of equipment. Safety and Quality Participate in the Practice risk management and quality improvement processes. Record incidents and near misses in line with Practice policy. Practice duty of care, including meeting Practice standards and accountability. Maintain patient and Practice confidentiality at all times. Ensure clinical governance processes are in place. Compensation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary Packaging: $75000 to $85,000/- Per Year including other Benefits.
