What You’ll Do Act as a hands-on technical lead for multi-functional product teams creating purpose-built software products for clients. Lead initial engagement discovery and remain accountable for the design and delivery of modern Platform Engineering solutions. Provide domain expertise in DevOps culture, tooling, delivery methods, and practices within Slalom Build and for clients. Lead work effort estimation and story pointing to align user and business goals at each phase of Agile projects. Develop project/technology case studies, training materials, and technical guidance for Slalom teams. Participate in internal Slalom events and initiatives. Help grow a culture of learning by presenting at technical conferences and community groups, writing blog articles, and contributing to partner-coordinated workshops. What You’ll Bring Senior Architects bring strong experience as architects across software engineering and DevOps in production environments using AWS. You will leverage: Knowledge of designing and implementing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines. Experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM). Understanding of fundamental cloud security (e.g., IAM, firewalls) to embed security in all solutions. Additionally, You Will Lead and collaborate across multiple functional and technical teams to deliver Agile-based projects. Demonstrate a growth mindset, quickly learning new technologies and applying them to solve practical business problems.
