Cavalry is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our expanding software team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high‑performance solutions, automating processes, and developing applications that directly support business‑critical operations. We’re seeking developers with 5–10 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of hands‑on development across the Microsoft Power Platform — including Canvas Apps, Power Automate (Flows), and Dataverse. About the Role This is a full‑time hybrid/position based in Cebu or Brisbane, with flexibility for remote work. As a Power Platform Developer at Cavalry, you will design, build, and maintain custom Power Platform solutions that support both internal teams and client operations. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements, prototype ideas, and deliver applications and automations that streamline processes and enhance productivity. You’ll also contribute to a variety of delivery projects — from custom app development to automation initiatives and ongoing support for business‑critical systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions. Build custom applications and automation workflows that improve operational efficiency. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third‑party systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and refine solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing Power Platform applications. Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes and internal tooling. Qualifications & Skills 5–10 years of overall IT or software development experience. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong capability in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Solid understanding of Power Apps formulas, expressions, and component‑based design. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, or external APIs. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to build intuitive user interfaces. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
