About the Role Multiple roles available- Day/ Prep Chef and Breakfast/Crib you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of bulk style catering to a high standard. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals who thrive in a remote camp environment. You’ll need to be adaptable, reliable, and able to work well in a small team, while delivering exceptional food and service. Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals Ability to manage kitchen operations during both day and night shifts Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents Location and Details Location and Point of Hire : Drive in/ Drive out of Sydney to Yass, Adjungbilly & Merriwa What You’ll Bring Proven experience in bulk style food production environments (essential) Experience in dinner, crib, breakfast & desserts production in a remote camp setting Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential) Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months) White Card- Mandatory Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you’re an experienced professional looking for a career challenge in a supportive and rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.
