A growing institutional real estate group is looking for an Asset Manager to support the performance of a national industrial and logistics portfolio. This role suits someone commercial, detail-driven, and comfortable owning the full asset lifecycle. Key responsibilities Support asset positioning, drive cashflow, and contribute to long-term value creation. Lead tenant retention activity and manage marketing and leasing across vacant space. Deliver consistent returns through smart leasing strategies and disciplined asset and property management. Partner with Property Management on budgets, forecasts, arrears, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Work with Development teams to integrate new assets seamlessly into the portfolio. Oversee external Property and Facilities Management providers to ensure assets are maintained, compliant, and tenant onboarding is tight and accurate. Collaborate with internal and external legal teams on all property matters. Work closely with analysts on asset plans, reporting, and preparation of internal approval papers. About you 5+ years in asset management or property management, with exposure to logistics or industrial assets. Strong financial understanding, operational discipline, and a proactive approach to tenant and stakeholder management. Confident working cross-functionally with PM, legal, development, and analytics teams. Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
