Workfast are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Weighbridge Operator / Administrator to join our team at our Newcastle site . ASAP start $36.00 per hour + Penalties + Super Ongoing part time work What you will be doing: Learn to operate the weighbridge in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy – this role is 150% data entry Use Excel spreadsheets Provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors Handle cash transactions when required Maintain clear and professional communication at all times Remain on your feet for extended periods – this is a physically active role What you need: Advanced Excel skills are essential – must be confident in data entry and spreadsheet use Experience with Waste Edge system highly regarded English fluency is essential – must be able to communicate clearly and confidently Customer service and cash handling experience preferred Must be comfortable working in a busy environment and standing for long periods Full PPE required (steel cap boots, hi-vis etc.) What you receive: Competitive hourly rate Stable part-time hours with flexibility for additional shifts Supportive team environment and on-the-job training About us Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia’s largest and leading building companies.
