About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team members, retail leaders, and HQ across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance support, and WorkCover management, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people. Key responsibilities include: Providing timely and practical HR advice to leaders and team members Managing WorkCover claims and return‑to‑work processes with care and compliance Supporting the recruitment team with onboarding, induction and employment processes Assisting with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation Maintaining HR systems and ensuring compliance with awards, legislation, and company policies Supporting engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and other HR projects and activities Collaborating with the broader HQ team to deliver an amazing employee experience About You You’re a HR professional who’s approachable, proactive, and passionate about people. You thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and love rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
