The Brandcare division of Albert Smith Signs is a highly skilled team of signage professionals, responsible for all onsite activities and dedicated to ensuring our customers' brand integrity. Brandcare operates Australia-wide. Role Overview Due to recent growth within our Brandcare installation and maintenance division, we have available Signage Installer positions, with opportunity for career progression. The Signage Installer is responsible for installing and maintaining signage, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and professionalism. Under the direction of the Project Managers, the role will involve the daily management of allocated works, which includes adherence to all OH&S regulations, client liaison onsite, and the use of project documentation. You will be working with a wide variety of products such as our innovative LED signage, large scale building signs, public art sculptures, high level signage, and more. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain various types of signage (LED, large-scale, public art, high-level) Ensure quality workmanship and uphold brand integrity Manage daily tasks under Project Manager's direction Adhere to OH&S regulations Liaise with clients onsite Use and interpret project documentation Skills & Experience Required Experience in signage, construction, carpentry, or handyman work Willingness to travel within QLD and interstate Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage concurrent projects Minimum 2 Years in Signage or Related Industry Preferred Background demonstrating at least 2 years of experience working within the sign industry, exposure to commercial signage installation, carpentry or building / construction industry viewed as an advantage. Working Hours & Schedule The position is based in Brisbane with interstate travel as required. It is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster of day to evening works, and the flexibility to work Saturdays dependent on installation schedules.
