Media Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Executive or an Account Manager looking for a new challenge? Come and join our dynamic, integrated agency in Sydney CBD. Metropolis is a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client’s business like they’re our own. As Account Manager , you’ll play a key role in fostering client relationships for a portfolio of residential property clients, overseeing media campaign delivery, and driving strong client outcomes alongside the Account Director and Head of Media. Key Responsibilities Support with day-to-day client communication, delivering a proactive, professional and solutions‑focused experience. Manage end-to-end media campaign delivery including media planning, bookings, artwork approvals, dispatch and supplier coordination. Build strong relationships with external media partners and internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes for clients. Support the Account Director and Head of Media with campaign review and optimisation. Manage financial administration for your client portfolio, ensuring invoicing accuracy, margin control and revenue opportunities are maximised. Leverage our agency tools to manage workflow efficiently and keep client assets well documented and organised. Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement across the media team. Our ideal person Has at least 1-2 years’ experience in media, agency account management or property marketing. Is a confident communicator who builds rapport quickly. Has exceptionally high attention to detail, is organised and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Is commercially minded and a team player. Performance marketing knowledge (nice to have).
