Brand Manager – YD Join Lactalis Australia as the Brand Manager for Yoghurt and Desserts in Scoresby, VIC. You will play a key role in driving our yoghurt brands and manage all elements of the marketing mix. Responsibilities Develop and manage brand strategy, including profit contribution and positioning. Build brand equity and health, establishing clear metrics and action plans. Identify and implement new product opportunities, leading cross‑functional teams. Develop and implement brand plans across packaging evolution, creative development, promotional campaigns, competitor understanding, sponsorship management and leverages. Execute line marketing activities and support consumer/brand research and NPD programs. Qualifications & Experience Experience in FMCG and marketing or commerce tertiary qualification. Strong project management skills, motivating teams and analyzing financial reports. Proven ability to guide brand strategy within a large organisation. Experience managing brand communications and new product development. Superior planning and organization skills, action oriented and able to drive projects to completion. Interested?
