Store Manager
to join us at our
Eastland Store
Benefits & Culture:Generous Uniform allowance and incredible product discountsPLUS 40% off Accent Group brands | Hype DC, Skechers, Platypus, Vans & many moreAccess to our Employee Benefits program which includes Employee Assistance ProgramDiscounted Gym Memberships & Health Insurance packagesWork amongst premium product alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads/ fashion stylistsOpportunity to progress within the business and receive ongoing training and supportResponsibilities include:Lead by example to set management expectations across your TeamManage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance managementTrain, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planningProblem solving and ability to provide solutionsProduce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reportsRoster Management and payroll approvalManage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkageWork with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the storeDemonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for workEnsure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe mannerin accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team MemberTo be successful you will have the following:The successful candidate will have strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethosLeader, motivator and overall inspiring individualHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectationsAdaptable and supportiveAt Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
